Abstract:In order to study the impact of shield construction of the new tunnel construction on the adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels, Zhengzhou Rail Transit Line 6 passing through the existing section control protection area between Rail Transit Line 1 Yanzhuang Station and Yanmiao Station - Minhang Road Station is taken as the engineering background, and the finite element software Midas GTS is used to analyze the new tunnel construction on adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels, and the change characteristics of the horizontal displacement and settlement of the new tunnel construction on the adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels are summarized. Based on the numerical calculation results and related specifications, the construction control index of the engineering is proposed, and the reliability of the numerical model is verified by comparing the numerical calculation results with the actual engineering monitoring data collected. The results show that the vertical settlement caused by the excavation of the lower soil is mainly affected by the new tunnel construction on the adjacent existing metro stations and tunnels. After the construction is completed, the maximum settlement of the existing station is 1.83 mm, and the maximum settlement of the existing Line 1 tunnel is 4.26 mm. The maximum horizontal displacement of the existing station is 0.65 mm, and the maximum horizontal displacement of the existing Line 1 tunnel is 1.61 mm. The results can provide a certain reference for the design, construction and monitoring of similar engineering.
