Abstract:In order to illustrate the application of the construction method of self-climbing multi-functional lifting system in ultra-high bridge piers, the construction project on a hollow pier of concrete-filled steel tubular lattice for a super-large bridge is taken as an example, and the key points of control are discussed from such key links as the preparation of C80 self-compacting expansive concrete, the high-throw test, the construction of steel pipe lattice columns, the construction of self-climbing multi-functional lifting system, the construction of C80 concrete in the pipe and the construction of long cantilever climbing formwork. Finally, it is proved that the construction method of self-climbing multi-functional lifting system is successful in the application of ultra-high bridge piers. The results can provide a certain reference for the construction of similar hollow piers of concrete-filled steel tubular lattice structure.
