    摘要:

    为了阐述自爬式多功能提升系统施工方法在超高桥墩的应用,本文以某特大桥钢管混凝土格构空心墩施工工程为例,从 C80 自密实补偿收缩混凝土制备、高抛试验、钢管格构柱施工、自爬式多功能提升系统施工、管内 C80 混凝土施工及长悬臂爬模施工等关键环节论述控制要点。最终实践证明:自爬式多功能提升系统的施工方法在超高桥墩应用是成功的。本文结论可为类似钢管混凝土格构空心墩施工提供一定的借鉴及参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to illustrate the application of the construction method of self-climbing multi-functional lifting system in ultra-high bridge piers, the construction project on a hollow pier of concrete-filled steel tubular lattice for a super-large bridge is taken as an example, and the key points of control are discussed from such key links as the preparation of C80 self-compacting expansive concrete, the high-throw test, the construction of steel pipe lattice columns, the construction of self-climbing multi-functional lifting system, the construction of C80 concrete in the pipe and the construction of long cantilever climbing formwork. Finally, it is proved that the construction method of self-climbing multi-functional lifting system is successful in the application of ultra-high bridge piers. The results can provide a certain reference for the construction of similar hollow piers of concrete-filled steel tubular lattice structure.
