Abstract:With the popularity and development of prefabricated buildings, a large number of new prefabricated building wall materials have flooded into the building materials market, and different prefabricated wall materials should be selected for different projects with different characteristics. In this paper, the student apartment building 10 at Nankai University Jinnan District was taken as an example, the construction technology and application advantages of CT quick-loading high precision desulfurized gypsum lightweight block were studied, according to the overall construction period, site conditions, structural form, embedded wall box pipeline, and the construction time node of the secondary structure wall. Engineering practice proves that by combining the interlocking of the tenon and mortise of the block, dry construction using specialized gypsum adhesive for bonding, and synchronously implementing concealed pipe and wire installation in wall boxes when bricklaying, the integrity and stability of the secondary structure wall were enhanced, construction efficiency was improved, the temperature requirements for the work environment and the hidden issues such as hollowing and cracking that may occur in the later stages of wall surface finishing were reduced. Additionally, this type of block can also be included in prefabricated construction calculation. The results of this paper can provide some reference for similar projects.
