    建筑脚手架是建筑工程施工中十分重要的措施项目,脚手架的方案比选成为建筑施工过程中的一个重点问题。为了给决策者提供价值最优的脚手架比选建议,本文基于价值工程原理提出一种脚手架方案比选方法。通过对各个脚手架方案成本的计算来量化成本系数,根据脚手架功能模型和评价方法量化功能系数,通过计算价值系数判别最优项,结合某装配式项目的脚手架比选过程,详细阐述了该方法在实际工程的应用。结果表明:本文提出的建筑脚手架方案比选方法能够综合考量各影响因素,全面、直观地量化出具体的比值结果,可为决策者提供价值最优的比选参考。

    Abstract:

    As an indispensable measure item of construction engineering, the comparison and selection of scaffolding schemes has become a key issue in the construction process. In order to provide decision-makers with the best value scaffolding comparison suggestions, a value engineering scaffolding scheme comparison method is proposed. The cost coefficient is quantified by calculating the cost of each scaffolding scheme, the functional coefficient is quantified according to the scaffolding functional model and evaluation method, and the optimal item is judged by calculating the value coefficient. Combined with the comparison and selection process of a prefabricated project, the practical application of the comparison method is elaborated in detail. The results show that the comparison and selection method of construction scaffolding schemes proposed in this paper can comprehensively consider all influencing factors, comprehensively and intuitively quantify the specific comparison results, and can provide the best value comparison reference for decision makers.
