Abstract:As an indispensable measure item of construction engineering, the comparison and selection of scaffolding schemes has become a key issue in the construction process. In order to provide decision-makers with the best value scaffolding comparison suggestions, a value engineering scaffolding scheme comparison method is proposed. The cost coefficient is quantified by calculating the cost of each scaffolding scheme, the functional coefficient is quantified according to the scaffolding functional model and evaluation method, and the optimal item is judged by calculating the value coefficient. Combined with the comparison and selection process of a prefabricated project, the practical application of the comparison method is elaborated in detail. The results show that the comparison and selection method of construction scaffolding schemes proposed in this paper can comprehensively consider all influencing factors, comprehensively and intuitively quantify the specific comparison results, and can provide the best value comparison reference for decision makers.
