    缀板柱以其制造简便、稳定性高且价格低廉的优势,在工程钢结构中得到了广泛应用,如何准确模拟缀板柱与立柱之间的连接情况,是工程结构有限元模拟时的重要问题。文章采用有限元软件 ANSYS,研究 C 型钢缀板柱中缀板与立柱之间连接情况的有限元模拟问题,通过对比单元整体建模与节点耦合建模的模拟结果,分析了节点耦合连接方法的模拟原理并提出了使用时的注意事项。计算分析表明:整体建模模拟效果较好但不便于模型修改和精细化模拟,节点耦合便于修改但需要考虑耦合方法和连接面积。文章提出的简化统一耦合方法模拟效果好,适应性强,对于工程实践中的有限元模拟工作具有一定指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Due to the advantages of simple manufacturing, high stability and low price, battened column is widely used in engineering steel structures. How to accurately simulate the connection between the reinforcement plate and the column is an important issue in the finite element simulation of engineering structures. In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS is used to study the simulation method of the connection between the batten plate and the column in the battened column of C-shaped steel column. The simulation principle of the node coupling connection method is analyzed and the precautions for use are proposed by comparing the simulation effect of modeling the unit as a whole and modeling of node-coupled connection. It is concluded that the effect of modeling as the fine, but it is not convenient for model modification and refined simulation. The node-coupled connection is easy to modify, but the coupling method and connection area need to be considered. The simplifying unified coupling method proposed in this paper has good simulation effect and strong adaptability, which has a certain guiding significance for the finite element simulation work in engineering practice.
