Abstract:Based on the research background of the construction of the shield section of the Macao LRT extension line tunnel, the key construction technologies of the shield tunnel crossing buildings (structures), the shield reception and the freezing construction of the connecting passage are studied. The shield tunnel crossing buildings (structures) section is reinforced and isolated by the MJS construction method piles, and the excavation parameters such as earth pressure and shield thrust are controlled, and the surface deformation is controlled by secondary grouting. The shield receiving section controls the tunneling parameters such as shield thrust, propulsion speed and cutter head speed in five stages. The freezing method construction section of the connecting passage puts forward the corresponding construction technology from the freezing range, freezing hole layout, pressure relief hole layout and refrigeration parameters. The research results show that the proposed key construction technologies ensure the smooth penetration of the tunnel shield section, and the research results can provide a reference for the metro shield tunnel under similar conditions.
