    国家环保要求力度的日益加大,使得越来越多的工业料场都需要进行环保封闭,这些料场大多占地广、跨度大,其结构在各种荷载作用下的良好力学性能是保证料棚安全的基础。以某北方钢铁企业料棚为研究对象,对大跨度管桁架的力学性能进行研究,介绍桁架设计参数的取值、桁架结构的加载方式及设计方法;采用MIDAS及SAP2000对不同工况下结构的受力、变形及反应谱进行计算,借助ANSYS对结构进行了整体稳定分析,并对结构关键节点进行有限元分析。计算分析表明:该设计方案可靠,满足结构相关规范的要求。文章中的相关分析计算成果可为今后类似结构的设计提供一定的技术参考。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing requirements of national environmental protection, more and more industrial stockyards need to be closed for environmental protection. Most of the stockyards occupy a wide area and have a large span, the good mechanical properties of its structure under various loads are the basis for ensuring the safety of the stockyard. This paper takes a northern steel enterprise stockyard as study object to study the mechanical properties of large-span stockyard, which spans 165m with a single arch prestressed pipe truss arch structure. The paper introduced the values of design parameters, loading mode and design method of the stockyard structure, meanwhile, MIDAS and SAP2000 were used to calculate the force, deformation and reaction spectra of the structure under different working conditions. In addition, stability analysis and finite element analysis of the monolithic structure and key nodes were carried out with the help of ANSYS software respectively. The calculation and analysis show that the design is safe and reliable and meets the relevant code requirements. The relevant analysis and calculation results in this paper have some technical reference for similar structures in the future.
