Abstract:With the increasing requirements of national environmental protection, more and more industrial stockyards need to be closed for environmental protection. Most of the stockyards occupy a wide area and have a large span, the good mechanical properties of its structure under various loads are the basis for ensuring the safety of the stockyard. This paper takes a northern steel enterprise stockyard as study object to study the mechanical properties of large-span stockyard, which spans 165m with a single arch prestressed pipe truss arch structure. The paper introduced the values of design parameters, loading mode and design method of the stockyard structure, meanwhile, MIDAS and SAP2000 were used to calculate the force, deformation and reaction spectra of the structure under different working conditions. In addition, stability analysis and finite element analysis of the monolithic structure and key nodes were carried out with the help of ANSYS software respectively. The calculation and analysis show that the design is safe and reliable and meets the relevant code requirements. The relevant analysis and calculation results in this paper have some technical reference for similar structures in the future.
