    摘要:

    机械法联络通道施工技术具有施工质量好、对环境影响小、后期沉降小、不对结构产生破坏等特点,因此逐渐被应用到公路、轨道交通等交通施工领域。目前,国内外针对机械法、盾构法联络通道施工技术在城市轨道交通建设中的应用研究不多。文章以苏州 6 号线为例,利用有限元软件对地表沉降、深层土体沉降、深层土体水平位移、隧道位移进行模拟分析,并提出几项机械法联络通道施工建议。模拟结果表明:1) 机械法联络通道开挖对隧道周边环境影响范围为 0~20 m,其地表沉降影响值约为 18 mm;2) 联络通道顶部出现较大的沉降,底部出现较大的隆起现象,主隧道开口处也呈现出上部开口下沉、下部开口隆起的现象。本文成果可为城市轨道交通联络通道施工方法提供一点参考。

    Abstract:

    The connection aisle construction technology of mechanical method has the characteristics of good construction quality, small disturbance to the environment, small settlement in the later stage, and no damage to the structure, so it is gradually applied to the transportation construction fields such as highway and rail transit. At present, there are not many researches on the application of connection aisle construction technology of both mechanical method and shield method in the construction of urban rail transit at home and abroad. In this paper, the key processes of mechanical method connection aisle construction technology in urban rail transit transportation construction project are analyzed, and then Suzhou Line 6 project is taken as an example, finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the surface settlement, deep soil settlement, deep soil horizontal displacement and tunnel displacement, and finally several suggestions for the construction of mechanical method connection aisle are proposed. The simulation results show that: 1) The influence range of mechanical method connection aisle driving on the surrounding environment of the tunnel is 0 ~ 20 m, and the influence value of surface settlement is about 18 mm; 2) The top surface of the connection aisle has a large settlement, the bottom surface has a large uplift, and the opening of the main tunnel also shows such phenomenon as settlement of the upper opening and uplift of the lower opening. The results can provide a certain reference for construction method of urban rail transit connection aisle.
