Abstract:In order to obtain mechanical parameters that truly reflect the natural state of the soil, taking the Hangzhou Zhengchu (2018) No. 62 commercial compatible housing project as the research background, indoor and in-situ testing methods are used to obtain the compressive moduli of various cohesive soil layers. The effectiveness of existing empirical methods based on pore pressure static penetration test to predict the compressive modulus of soil is studied, and a new correlation between pore pressure static penetration test cone tip resistance and compressive modulus in the soft soil area of Hangzhou is proposed. The research results show that there are varying degrees of deviations between the results obtained from different empirical prediction methods and the actual soil constrained modulus;Based on the measured cone resistance of the pore pressure static penetration test, the corrected cone resistance is calculated. The corrected cone resistance qt is fitted with EL-LAB ,and an empirical formula for predicting the compressive modulus of soft soil in Hangzhou region is proposed.
