    随着城市轨道交通的快速发展,新建地铁隧道穿越或者邻近既有建筑结构的工况越来越普遍,如何将新建隧道对既有建筑的影响降低到最小程度,保证其结构安全、正常运营,已成为地铁修建过程中的一个重要研究内容。以郑州市某新建隧道明挖段和暗挖段施工为例,采用有限元软件 Midas GTS 建立数值计算模型,分析新建隧道施工对既有运营地铁隧道的变形影响规律,并与实际工程监测数据进行对比验证。研究结果表明:1)明挖段基坑开挖完成后,既有运营地铁隧道的最大竖向变形和水平变形分别为 0.57、1.21 mm;2)暗挖段施工完成后,既有运营地铁隧道的最大竖向变形和水平变形分别为 0.27、0.39 mm;3)实际监测数据略小于数值计算结果。本文结果可为类似工程提供一定的借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of urban rail transit, it is becoming more and more common for new subway tunnels to pass through or close to existing building structures, and how to minimize the impact of new tunnels on existing buildings and ensure their structural safety and normal operation has become an important research content in the process of subway construction. The construction of a newly-built tunnel in Zhengzhou is taken as an example, the finite element software Midas GTS is used to establish a numerical calculation model, the deformation influence law of the newly-built tunnel construction on the existing operating subway tunnel is analyzed, and the actual engineering monitoring data is compared. The results show that: 1) After the excavation of the open-cut foundation pit is completed, the maximum vertical deformation and horizontal deformation of the existing subway tunnel are 0.57 mm and 1.21 mm, respectively; 2) After the completion of the underground excavation section, the maximum vertical deformation and horizontal deformation of the existing subway tunnel are 0.27 mm and 0.39 mm, respectively; 3) The actual monitoring data is slightly less than the numerical calculation results, so the results can provide some reference for similar projects.
