超厚基础底板中大跨度组装式钢筋支架的应用 ——以苏州中南中心为例

    摘要:

    超厚型基础底板因面临钢筋直径大、体量大、分布层数多、安装复杂等问题,需采取特定的型钢支架体系来辅助施工。以苏州中南中心为例,根据基坑形状、剪力墙巨柱截面排布、电梯井排布等情况,合理设置大跨度型钢钢筋支架,减少立柱数量,确保基础钢筋笼搬运转向的便利;同时,根据施工工况推演,分析各个阶段钢筋支架的受力情况,优化型钢规格和连接节点。最终实践证明:采用高强螺栓连接与焊接连接结合的方式,形成一种用于超厚基础底板的大跨度组装式钢筋支架,可大幅减少焊接作业量;同时,通过地面组装后整体吊装,可减小吊装作业量,加快钢筋施工进度,加快底板封闭时间,保证基坑整体安全。

    Abstract:

    Due to the problems of large rebar diameter, large volume, large number of distribution layers and complex installation, it is necessary to adopt a specific profile steel support system to assist the construction. Suzhou Zhongnan Center is taken as an example, according to the shape of the foundation pit, the arrangement of the reinforcement of the giant column of the shear wall, the arrangement of the elevator shaft, etc., the large-span profile steel support is reasonably set up to reduce the number of columns and ensure the convenience of reinforcement laying, handling and turning. At the same time, according to the deduction of construction conditions, the stress of the steel support at each stage is analysed, and the steel specifications and connection nodes are optimized. The final practice proves that the combination of high-strength bolt connection and welding connection can form a large-span assembled steel support for extra-thick foundation slab, which can greatly reduce the welding workload; At the same time, the overall hoisting after ground assembly can reduce the hoisting workload, speed up the construction progress of reinforcement, speed up the closing time of the bottom plate and ensure the overall safety of the foundation pit.
