Abstract:At present, the concrete scabbling technology of prefabricated hollow slab sternum in China mainly adopts manual method with low construction efficiency, but it is easy to affect the use turnover rate of the prefabricated pedestal of beam and slab in the construction process, and the artificial scabbling will cause dust and noise pollution to a certain extent, and endanger the physical and mental health of the operator. Therefore, the construction process of Liuge Expressway is taken as an example, the automation technology is used to optimize the scabbling robot for prefabricated hollow slab sternum, and then the construction method and technology of the scabbling robot are discussed. Finally, the economic benefits of the scabbling robot and the conventional manual hand-held scabbling hammer are compared and analyzed. Engineering practice shows that the use of scabbling robot can save 352.5 yuan per hollow slab, and the cost can be saved by more than 300 000 yuan in a single construction, which shows that scabbling robot can effectively save costs and has high promotion value.
