Abstract:Suspended scaffolding has become the mainstream in construction scaffolding. The truss, as the main load-bearing component of the suspended scaffolding, has a decisive impact on the stability of the scaffolding structure, so it is important to study the influence of the truss setting position and number on the stability performance of the scaffolding structure. In this paper, the three-span four-machine-position suspended scaffolding structure is taken as the research object and the ANSYS finite element software is used to analyze and compare the static stress and strain cloud maps formed by different truss setting combination forms, the overall load-bearing stress and deflection changes of the structure are statistically studied, and the structural overall stability performance of the scaffolding is estimated. The final study shows that: based on the example, the lower large truss of the scaffolding structure must be set, and then additional lower internal small trusses and upper trusses are set. After that, the overall stress and displacement of the structure reach the optimal value, which can provide a certain basis for the rational setting of truss numbers and positions in similar structures in the future.
