After a long period of technical accumulation and adjustment of construction processes, there are already application examples of temporary and permanent combined construction technology in housing construction projects, and it is necessary to sort out and summarize them. This paper summarizes the application status of temporary and permanent combined construction technology by summarizing the literatures on CNKI and the application examples of temporary and permanent combined construction technology in domestic housing construction projects, and excavates its characteristics and key points in order to better apply the temporary and permanent combination. The results show that:1) the idea of the combination of temporary and permanent is widely used in housing construction projects, and there are a large number of mature application cases;2) Temporary and permanent combined construction technology can bring good benefits, the main benefits are reflected in the reduction of costs, shorten the construction period, energy saving, environmental protection, safety,simple and beautiful;3) There is still a wide space for research and expansion of temporary and permanent combined construction technology;4) The key to the successful application of temporary and permanent combined construction technology is to resolve the resistance of the participants, break through their own traditional construction inertia thinking,pay attention to the protection of finished products, plan first,integrate design and construction and continuous improvement.
