    摘要:

    随着混凝土向高性能、高强度方向发展, C100高强大体积混凝土已经逐渐应用于超高层建筑、大跨度桥梁等重点工程领域, 而在地下工程中使用C100高强大体积混凝土较少, 相关的施工技术研究有限。本文以某地下工程综合应用C100高强大体积混凝土为研究背景, 从工程施工环境着手, 重点研究C100高强大体积混凝土配合比设计及施工温控技术。从配合比设计入手, 通过数值模拟计算分析C100高强大体积混凝土温度场变化情况, 采取施工工艺优化、内部冷却水管降温、融合浇筑、表层保温隔热、冬季施工控制、养护测温及养护等温度控制技术。结果表明: 在满足高强度指标前提下, 该技术基本解决了大断面高强大体积混凝土施工中的水化热温升控制以及水化热温升引起的温度裂缝问题, 达到了设计要求, 确保了工程施工质量。

    Abstract:

    With the development of concrete in the direction of high performance and high strength, C100 high-strength and large-volume concrete has been gradually applied to such key engineering fields as super high-rise buildings and long-span bridges, while C100 high-strength and large-volume concrete is rarely used in underground engineering, and the related construction technology research is limited. The comprehensive application of C100 high-strength and large-volume concrete in an underground project is taken as the research object, and the design of C100 high-strength & large-volume concrete mix proportion and construction temperature control technology are studied from the engineering construction environment. Starting from the mix proportion design, the temperature field change of C100 high-strength and large-volume concrete is analyzed through numerical simulation, and such the temperature control technologies as construction process optimization, internal cooling water cooling, sequence pouring, surface insulation, winter construction control, intelligent temperature measurement and maintenance are adopted. Under the premise of satisfying the high-strength index, the control of hydration heat temperature rise and the temperature crack caused by hydration heat rise in the construction of large-section high-strength and large-volume concrete are basically solved, the design requirements are met and the construction quality of the project is ensured.
