In order to evaluate the quality of rural road maintenance and management, an evaluation system is constructed based on the OSM model, including 4 strategy layers and 18 index layers, and the evaluation model is formed by trigonometric fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, while the evaluation model is used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of rural road maintenance and management in a certain area of Zhangliang County, Pingliang City, Longdong District, Gansu Province, to verify the feasibility of the method. The practical results show that this method is feasible in the quality evaluation of rural road maintenance management, and can provide a certain reference for the decision-making of rural road maintenance management.
