    跨铁路转体桥施工作为一种快速高效的桥梁施工方式,深受设计和施工单位的青睐,为了保证转体过程的顺利、安全、平稳进行,转体施工前桥梁的整体平衡就成了至关重要的一环,需要对桥梁进行称重试验,求出整个桥梁的重心位置,当偏心严重时需要通过增加配重的方式将重心调至球铰中心位置。文章依托济宁新兖铁路立交桥水平转体过程施工监控项目,研究水平转体桥称重试验的原理和实践操作,通过在墩顶两侧施加支撑力的方式,观察力与位移的关系曲线,求出转体体的受力状态和偏心情况。结果表明:转体桥左右幅不平衡力矩均小于球铰静摩擦力矩,且偏心较小,满足转体施工要求。

    Abstract:

    As a fast and efficient bridge construction method,the rotating construction of cross-railway bridge is favored by design and construction units.In order to ensure safe and smooth progress of the rotating process,the overall balance of the bridge before the rotating construction becomes a crucial part.It is necessary to carry out weighing tests on the bridge and find out the center of gravity position of the whole bridge.When the eccentricity is serious,it is necessary to adjust the center of gravity to the center position of the ball hinge by increasing the counterweight.Based on the construction monitoring project of horizontal rotation process of Jining Xinyan railway vertical bridge,this paper studies the principle and practical operation of horizontal rotation bridge weighing test.By applying supporting force on both sides of pier top,the relationship curve between force and displacement is observed,and the stress state and eccentricity of rotating body are obtained.The results show as follows:The unbalance moment of the left and right amplitude of the rotating bridge is less than the static friction moment of the ball hinge,and the eccentricity is small,which meets the requirements of the rotating construction.
