Abstract:To explore the effect of compaction times on the bearing capacity of the subgrade, and the linear correlation of the bearing performance of the subgrade measured by three test methods:bearing plate method, drop weight bending meter and stiffness meter. Based on theoretical calculation, the calculation method of resilience modulus of roadbed with bearing plate method was optimized, and the correlation analysis of roadbed bearing capacity parameters was carried out based on the measured data of the test section of Zhengxi Expressway in Guizhou Province. The results show that:1) Step by step loading and unloading with the bearing plate method will affect the bearing performance of the subgrade at the test point, because the calculation results are modified by the origin;2) In the gravel soil subgrade, the subgrade resilience modulus decreases with the increase of compaction times. After compaction for 5 times, the average subgrade resilience modulus decreases by 13.9%;3) With the increase of rolling times, the overall stiffness of the roadbed presents a zigzag change, with the maximum increase of 22.6% and the maximum decrease of 34.6%;4) Correlation analysis results show that:There is a good correlation between the resilience modulus measured by the bearing plate method and the results measured by the portable drop weight instrument and the stiffness meter, but the linear correlation between the portable drop weight bending measurement results and the stiffness measured by the stiffness meter is weak. In the project, other measurement methods should be used to comprehensively determine the bearing performance of the subgrade.
