Abstract:In order to explore the overall performance of the complex building structure of over-limit high-rise buildings, the structural model of the commercial and residential building, which is the topic of the fifth national college students' structural design information technology competition, is taken as a case study, and the typical over-limit situation, seismic design and structural selection of the topic structure are discussed according to the relevant industry norms, and the results of model adjustment are analyzed comparatively based on the visualization GSCAD platform. The structural design concept of the case building is verified to be correct and reasonable. The results show that: 1) the structural arrangement at the local irregularity in the concave-convex irregularity of the structurally overloaded high-rise has a greater influence on the overall displacement ratio of the structure, so the position can be adjusted in the reverse direction when the structural arrangement is made to reduce the structural displacement ratio; 2) the optimized model meets the requirements of the code limitations for the structural displacement angle, the floor shear and the bending moments at the ground floor in all the set conditions, and the displacement ratios are all less than 1.5; 3) the mass, centre of mass, and the centre of stiffness of the floors are uniformly distributed along the height of the floor; 4) the lateral stiffness ratios of the floors in the x and y directions are all greater than 1.0.
