Abstract:The fixation type of aluminum alloy formwork plays a vital role in stability of pillar form and molding quality of concrete. In order to improve the quality perception of the site and reduce the installation difficulty of the diagonal brace, based on the research background of Poly Jinhui Yanzhuang project, this paper introduces the design principle and key construction technology of this new type of component by introducing the aluminum formwork anchor socket; the qualification rate of the flatness and verticality measurement of the wall columns are counted when the anchor socket is applied to the construction site. The research results show that: (1) Setting aluminum alloy ground anchor socket on the ground anchor can greatly improve qualification rate of flatness and verticality, construction quality and improve the construction efficiency; (2) The aluminum alloy formwork is combined with the anchor socket, so the formwork is not easy to expand, which can realize the function increment and reduce the construction cost. The results of this article can provide some references for the subsequent reinforcement methods of aluminum alloy templates.
