    为探究软土地基施工技术,文章结合川中多雨潮湿地区的软土地况特点,以川青高速公路为例,对单 CFG 桩软土地基处理和 CFG 桩 + 土工织物联合冲碾压实两种软土地基施工技术进行研究,并对两种技术成果进行沉降测试。结果表明:(1) 在 CFG 桩处理地基路段工程初期阶段,软土地基的沉降速率较快,但随着时间的推移,土体逐步固结,沉降速度开始减缓直至稳定;(2) 工程完成后产生的整体沉降量小于 25 cm,最大不均匀沉降量小于 4 cm;(3) 施工后路基整体表现较为稳定,未发生开裂变形现象,满足设计施工要求标准;(4) 在软土地基处理上,CFG 桩 + 土工织物结合冲碾压实技术不仅在沉降量控制上优于单 CFG 桩处理法,且在均衡荷载分布、提升路基稳定性方面表现出优异的性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the soft ground construction technology, this article combines the characteristics of soft ground in a rainy and humid area in central Sichuan with a highway in Sichuan as an example. Two soft ground construction technologies are studied, single CFG pile soft ground treatment and CFG pile + geotextile joint punching and crushing, and a settlement test on the results of the two technologies is carried out. The results show that: 1) During the initial phase of the CFG pile treatment of the soft foundation section, the settlement rate of the soft foundation is accelerated. However, with the passage of time, the soil body gradually consolidates, and the settlement rate begins to slow down until it reaches a stable state; 2) The overall settlement produced after the completion of the project is less than 25 cm. The maximum uneven settlement is less than 4 cm; 3) The overall performance of the roadbed is more stable after construction, with no cracking or deformation. This meets the design and construction requirements standards; 4) In soft ground treatment, the CFG pile combined with geotextile and punching and rolling technology demonstrates superior performance to the CFG pile treatment method in terms of settlement control, load distribution, and roadbed stability.
