Abstract:The steel truss structure of the transfer floor in super high-rise buildings is complex, with high precision requirements and high processing difficulty. In order to improve the machining accuracy of steel truss components and ensure their smooth installation, this article takes a super high-rise steel truss layer as an example to introduce the machining process and pre-assembly technology of steel truss components in detail, lists the key and difficult points in the production and pre-assembly process of components, and proposes corresponding solutions. The results indicate that strengthening quality control in the stages of cutting, assembly, and welding during the construction of steel truss components, and using technical means for verification during the preassembly stage, can effectively ensure the processing quality of steel truss components. The results of this article can provide some references for the development of other similar structural processing techniques and pre-assembly plans.
