    摘要:

    软土地层中超深圆形地连墙受力与变形特性复杂,且开挖过程中地连墙内土体会产生土塞效应。文章以韩江 — 榕江 — 练江水系连通后续优化化工工程中的 GX12 号工作井深基坑为依托,建立三维数值模型,研究超深圆形地连墙的受力变形特性。研究结果表明:地连墙摩擦力、弯矩、环向内轴力、水平位移均随开挖深度增加逐渐增大;坑内土体在地连墙内形成土塞,在地连墙内侧产生摩阻力;圆形地连墙沿深度方向表现出柔性特质;地连墙表现为向坑内的挤压变形,地连墙最大水平位移值为 0.063%H(H为基坑开挖深度);开挖过程中地连墙边缘土体略有隆起,随着开挖深度的增加,基坑周边地表出现沉降,且地表沉降值随着离开基坑距离的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势,地表沉降最大值为 0.034%H,地表沉降的影响范围为 0.57H。

    Abstract:

    The stress and deformation characteristics of ultra-deep circular diaphragm wall in soft stratum are complicated and the soil inside the diaphragm wall will produce a soil plugging effect during the excavation process. In this paper,taking the deep foundation pit of well GX12 in Hanjiang-Rongjiang-Lianjiang Drainage system optimization project as a case study,considering the soil plugging effect of the soil in the foundation pit,a three-dimensional numerical model is established,the stress and deformation characteristics of ultra-deep circular diaphragm wall are studied. It is found that the friction force,bending moment,circumferential axial force and horizontal displacement of diaphragm wall increase with the increase of excavation depth;the soil inside the foundation pit forms a soil plug in the diaphragm wall to provide friction resistance to the inner face;the circular diaphragm wall shows flexible characteristics along the depth;the diaphragm wall shows extrusion deformation to the pit,the maximum horizontal displacement is about 0.063%H (H is the excavation depth of the foundation pit);the ground surface around the edge of the diaphragm wall is slightly uplifted during excavation,with the increase of the excavation depth,the surface settlement around the diaphragm wall will appears. The ground surface settlement increases first and then decreases with the increase of the distance from the foundation pit,the maximum value of ground surface settlement is about 0.034%H,and the influence range of surface settlement is 0.57H.
