Abstract:In order to study the deformation characteristics caused by the concealed excavation of a once-buckled arch pipe gallery, the construction project of an underground pipe gallery on a side piercing viaduct is taken as the engineering background, the finite element software Midas GTS is adopted to numerically simulate the construction process of the once-buckled arch concealed excavation, and the effects of the once-buckled arch concealed excavation pipe gallery construction on the settlement deformation of the vault, the ground surface and the bridge abutment are analyzed. Different numerical models are established by changing the buckling arch sequence and buckling arch footage, comparing the settlement values of the same monitoring points, optimizing the construction scheme, and obtaining the best buckling arch sequence and buckling arch footage, and comparing the numerical calculation results with the on-site monitoring data to verify the accuracy of the numerical model. The results show that: in the actual construction process, from the middle to the ends of the sequential buckling arch the settlement impact is small, settlement is smaller than the positive order of the construction of 5% ~ 10%; using 6 m footage program buckling arch construction on the surface and abutments have an impact on the surface, the maximum surface settlement increased by 3.7 mm, the top of the arch settlement amount reached 2.2 mm. the results of this paper can be a certain reference and inference for similar projects.
