高强无收缩套筒灌浆料的制备及性能研究

    随着国家大力推广装配式建筑,大量的建筑部品由车间预制加工完成,各部品之间通过套筒灌浆料进行连接,灌浆料质量的好坏决定了连接的安全性,因此开发性能优异的灌浆料具有重要意义。文章采用硅酸盐水泥,并辅助添加磨细砂、高效减水剂、膨胀剂等组分来提高灌浆料的工作性能、力学性能,制备出具有早强、微膨胀等性能优异的无收缩套筒灌浆料。研究表明:硅酸盐水泥质量分数为 77.7%,磨细砂质量分数为 20%,硅灰质量分数为 2.3%,减水剂质量分数为 0.43%,膨胀剂质量分数为 2.0%,塑性膨胀剂质量分数为 0.07%,胶砂比 1:1,水料比 0.11,初始流动度 310 mm,30 min 流动度 290 mm,1、3、28 d 抗压强度分别为 49.1、63.3、91.9 MPa,3 h 膨胀率 0.24%,24 h 与 3 h 膨胀率差值 0.37%,满足标准《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》中的要求。

    Abstract:

    With the promotion of prefabricated building by the state, a large number of building parts are prefabricated in workshops, and all parts are connected by sleeve grouting. The quality of the grouting material determines the safety of the connection, therefore, it is of great significance to develop grouting materials with excellent properties. Using portland cement and adding other components such as ground sand, super plasticizer and expansion agent to improve the workability and mechanical properties of grout, the non-shrinkage sleeve grouting material with excellent properties of early strength and micro-expansion was prepared. The results show that: portland cement 77.7%, fine sand 20%, silica fume 2.3%, water reducing agent 0.43%, expansion agent 2.0%, plastic expansion agent 0.07%, mortar ratio 1:1, water to material ratio 0.11, initial fluidity 310 mm, 30 min fluidity 290 mm, the compressive strength of 1, 3, 28 d is 49.1, 63.3, 91.9 MPa respectively, the expansion rate of 3 h is 0.24%, the expansion rate of 24~3 h is 0.37%, which meets the requirements of "Sleeve grouting material for steel bar connection".
