Abstract:In order to enhance the bond strength of the interface between steel bar and grouting material and improve the connection performance of the grouting sleeve, one connection method extending into the anchor end of the semi-grouting sleeve after the steel bar is upset is proposed. The monotonic axial tensile test of 12 specimens is carried out to study the effects of different upsetting lengths and anchorage lengths on the bonding properties of the rebar-grouting interface. The results show that: (1) When the anchorage length is constant, the ultimate bonding strength of the upsetting steel bar with an upsetting length of 2 cm and the grouting material is increased by 11.0%-12.1% compared with the ordinary specimens, but the bonding strength of the interface is decreased with the increase of the upsetting length; (2) The bonding strength of the interface is obviously negatively correlated with the anchorage length, and the influence on the ordinary specimen is more obvious than that of the upsetting specimen; (3) When the ultimate cohesion force of the specimen is the same, the anchorage length of the ordinary steel bar is 4d (d is the nominal diameter of the steel bar), and the anchorage length of the upsetting steel bar is only 3d. The results can provide some references for the design optimization of grouting sleeve connection.
