    为研究桥梁台背软基处理方案和参数,以某高速公路跨河桥梁工程为例,采用数值模拟法对“CFG 桩 + 泡沫混凝土”处理土质路基的变形规律进行研究,并对该方案的沉降控制效果和各参数敏感性进行分析。结果表明:1)采用泡沫混凝土的 CFG 桩复合地基路基顶面的沉降值主要在距离桥台 20 m 范围内增大,采用“CFG 桩 + 泡沫混凝土”方案,其沉降值主要增大区域在 15 m 范围内,且最大值减小了 3.4 cm;2)CFG 桩长、桩径的增大、桩间距的减小、泡沫混凝土的泡沫含量值的增大,均有利于路基顶面沉降控制;3)泡沫混凝土的密度在一定范围内能有效地减小路基的荷载,但随着泡沫含量的增大,沉降值会逐渐增大。在实际工程中,应选用适当的参数,在保证路基沉降得到控制的同时,控制工程造价。本文成果可为桥头软土地基处理参数选择提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the treatment scheme and parameters of the soft foundation on the back of the bridge abutment, a highway cross-river bridge project is taken as an example, the numerical simulation method is used to research the deformation law of the soil subgrade treated by "CFG pile + foam concrete", and the sedimentation influence parameters of the scheme are analyzed. The results show that: 1) The sedimentation value of the top surface of the subgrade treated with CFG pile with traditional filling is mainly increased within 20 m from the abutment, and the sedimentation value of the "CFG pile + foam concrete" scheme is mainly increased in the range of 15 m, and the maximum value is reduced by 3.4 cm; 2) The increase of CFG pile length, pile diameter and pile spacing, and the decrease of foam content of foam concrete are all conducive to the sedimentation control of the top surface of the subgrade; 3) The density of foam concrete can effectively reduce the load of the roadbed within a certain range, but with the increase of foam content, the settlement value will be gradually increased. In the actual project, appropriate parameters should be used to control the project cost while ensuring that the subgrade sedimentation is controlled. The results can provide references for the selection of treatment parameters for soft foundation at bridgehead.
