Abstract:Compared with the traditional cast-in-place operation, the prefabricated building is a major change in the construction method, and the construction process involves multiple links such as prefabricated component production and on-site installation, thus puts forward higher requirements for quality management. As the main component of prefabricated building, the quality of prefabricated components directly affects the overall structural safety and use function of the building. In order to guide the quality management of prefabricated building prefabricated component production in a more targeted manner, the whole production process of prefabricated components is analyzed, the common quality influencing factors are summarized according to the total quality management theory,a quality risk analysis model is constructed based on the principle of analytic hierarchy process, and the weight value is used to measure the impact of each factor on the production quality of components. The results show that the four factors of quality management organization, raw material quality, personnel technical level and mold table production line have the greatest impact on the production quality of prefabricated components, and should be controlled as the focus of quality management. The results can provide a reference for quality management decision-making of similar projects.
