Abstract:Scaffold project is an important measure item in construction engineering, and the construction risk in scaffold project has become a key problem in the construction process.Based on the relevant literature and scaffold accident examples, the factors influencing the occurrence of scaffold accidents are determined.By constructing the DEMATEL model, the intrinsic correlation and degree of action of various influencing factors are explored, and the key factors are determined. The ISM model is used to obtain a three-order and six-layer step-down structure model between each factor, and specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. The results show that six key factors, such as imperfect safety management system and insufficient education and training, are the main reasons for scaffold accidents.Among them, the weak safety awareness of workers and the inadequate management of the construction site are the direct factors causing scaffolding accidents, and the imperfect safety management system is the most fundamental factor. The results can provide a theoretical reference for the construction safety of scaffolding project.
