Abstract:The waste gas from sintering production of mineral powder can reach the ultra?low emission standard only by desulfurization and denitrification, thus reducing the pollution. Because of the early production of parts of sintering systems in Liugang, the matched desulfurization and denitrification devices can not meet the ultra?low emission standards, so related personnel have to enhance the research and analysis of the technology, continuously improve the level of desulfurization and denitrification of flue gas, so as to elevate the quality and effect of flue gas treatment and reduce air pollution. This article elaborates on the basic principles of SCR denitrification + ammonia desulfurization technology, and describes in detail the practical application plan of using this technology in the ultra?low emission control of sintering flue gas at Liugang through upgrading and transforming existing equipment. It provides a real successful case and transformation experience for the green development of ultra?low emission control of sintering flue gas in the future.
