Abstract:The accelerated hydrological cycle caused by global warming has led to an increasing frequency of extreme rainfall,triggering frequent geological disasters such as slope landslides and collapses,which have an impact on the safety of people’s lives and property.In order to clarify the hotspots and evolution trends of rainfall on slope stability research in China,493 relevant articles included in the CNKI database in the past 15 years were used as data sources,and CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the number of published papers,authors,cooperative institutions,keyword co-occurrence and clustering.The results show that,1)the number of research results increases with the increase of the number of rainstorms,and the follow-up is close;2) Except for a few journals with a high number of publications,the distribution of publications in other journals is relatively wide,showing dispersion,that is,there is a lack of concentration in the source journals;3) the cooperation between the authors and institutions is regionally concentrated,and the participation of scientific research institutions is sufficient,but the participation of enterprises is low,and it is difficult to give full play to the comprehensive advantages of "industry-university-research";4) The hot research is mainly reflected in rainfall infiltration,slope stability,safety factor,rainfall intensity,landslide mechanism,Numerical simulation and other aspects,especially in the exploration of slope instability mechanism,the application of numerical simulation method has attracted more and more attention.By elucidating the research hotspots and trends regarding slope instability triggered by rainfall,this study offers significant further inspirations and references for China in the fields of pre-disaster warning and disaster prevention management.
