    摘要:

    为解决新建项目支护结构施工位置与既有建筑废弃的支护结构(下文称为障碍桩)冲突问题,以深圳市某总部大厦地基基础工程为例,对障碍桩拔除施工进行研究,分析障碍桩与既有建筑主体结构、新建项目支护结构空间关系及不同工况下拔桩施工的特点及难点,提出紧邻既有建筑物的全套管全回转组合法拔桩施工技术,重点解决紧邻既有建筑物且存在鼓包、倾斜、桩径过大等各类工况下障碍桩拔除的施工难题,同时减少拔除障碍桩对既有建筑物及周边环境的影响。通过现场实践验证,该工艺适用范围广,障碍桩拔除功效高,设备成熟度,安全可靠,可有效降低施工难度,保护既有建筑物。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the conflict problem between the construction location of the supporting structure of the new project and the abandoned supporting structure of the existing building (hereinafter referred to as the obstacle pile), the foundation engineering of a headquarters building in Shenzhen is taken as an example to study the uprooting construction of the obstacle pile, analyze the obstacle pile and the main structure of the existing building, the spatial relationship for supporting structure of the new project, the characteristics and difficulties of pile extracting under different working conditions, propose the construction technology of a full set of pipe rotary combination method pile extraction next to the existing building, focus on solving the construction difficulties of removing obstacle piles in various working conditions such as being close to existing buildings and having bulges, tilts, and piles with too large diameters, while reduce the impact of removing barrier piles on existing buildings and the surrounding environment. Through on-site practice verification, the process has a wide range of applications, high obstacle pile removal efficiency, safe and reliable equipment maturity, which can effectively reduce the difficulty of construction and protect existing buildings.
