Abstract:As a typical formwork construction technique, high formwork construction technology can meet the construction requirements of large-span prestressed ribbed beam roofs. This article mainly takes a business industrial park in Zhengzhou as the research background, the influencing factors of large-span multi ribbed prestressed beam cover construction is analyzed, and the large-span high formwork prestressed multi ribbed beam is analyzed and calculated to verify the overall stability of the designed high formwork. The results show that the larger the spacing between the uprights and the larger the step distance of the erection, the smaller the stable bearing capacity of the high support formwork system without diagonal braces. In this project, the spacing between the uprights of the high formwork system material is 1200mm , the installation step distance is 1500mm , and the height of the sweeping rod is 200mm , which meets the requirements of on-site construction. The results of this article can provide reference for similar engineering designs in the future.
