    摘要:

    为响应钢铁行业超低排放政策要求,以山西某钢铁集团烧结烟气两级活性炭法超低排放运行实践为例,介绍了两级活性炭法烟气净化原理及系统组成,分析了实际运行过程中给料输送机结露及除尘管道堵塞、给料输送机顶部冒灰、制酸系统短时间停运时影响吸附解析系统正常运行、活性炭消耗减少、吸附塔压降增大、透气性变差和吸附塔气室积料的问题,并提出了改进和优化措施。实践证明:处理后的 SO2? 浓度为 0~5mg/Nm3 , SO2? 脱除率为 99.7%~100% ;处理后的 NOx? 浓度为 25~32 mg/Nm3 , NOx? 脱除率为 85.4%~89.3% ;处理后的粉尘浓度为 2~ 10 mg/Nm3 ;氨逃逸浓度为 2~8 mg/Nm3 ,各项指标均优于超低排放指标。

    Abstract:

    In response to the Ministry of Ecology and Environmental Protection's ultra-low emission for the steel industry, the operation practice of ultra-low emission of sintered flue gas two-stage activated carbon method in Shanxi is introduced. The principle and system composition of two-stage activated carbon flue gas purification are introduced. The condensation of feed conveyor, the blockage of dust removal pipeline, the leakage dust of the top of feed conveyor, the normal running of adsorption analysis system during acid system out of service for a short time, reducing consumption of activated carbon, the increased pressure drop and poor gas permeability of adsorption tower, the accumulation of activated carbon in air chamber of adsorption tower are analyzed in this paper. Improvement and optimization measures have been proposed. Practice has proven that the concentration of SO2? after treatment is 0~5mg/Nm3 , and the SO2? removal rate is 99.7%~100% ; The treated NOx? concentration is 25~32 mg/Nm3 , and the NOx? removal rate is 85.4%~89.3% ; The concentration of processed dust is 2~10 mg/Nm3 ; The ammonia escape concentration is 2~8 mg/Nm3 , and all indicators are better than the ultra-low emission indicators.
