Abstract:With the rapid development of digitalization and intelligence of sintering engineering and the growth of market demand, 3D BIM technology has been gradually applied to sintering engineering by virtue of its advantages of visualization, coordination, simulation and parameterization, and it runs through the whole process of project design and construction. However, this application also faces such problems as long design cycle and difficult design, in which sintering equipment modeling is the most important influencing factor. This paper explores the digital design of sintering equipment based on the Revit platform, aiming to provide ideas and references for the realization of 3D rapid modeling and drawing of sintering equipment. The research shows that the rapid modeling of equipment models and foundations can be effectively realized by establishing equipment databases, model libraries and program-driven one-click generation modes. The results can provide a certain reference for subsequent digital design of equipment and facilities in the steel industry.
