    摘要:

    随着烧结工程数字化和智能化的飞速发展以及市场需求的增长,三维BIM技术凭借其可视化、协调性、模拟性和参数化等优势,开始逐步应用于烧结工程,并贯穿项目设计和施工的全流程。然而,这一应用也面临着设计周期长和设计难度大的问题,其中烧结设备建模是最主要的影响因素。文章基于Revit平台探索烧结设备的数字化设计,旨在为实现烧结设备的三维快速建模和出图提供思路和参考。研究表明,通过建立设备数据库、模型库以及程序驱动的一键生成模式,可以有效实现设备模型及基础的快速建模。本文成果可为后续钢铁行业设备设施的数字化设计提供一定的借鉴与参考。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of digitalization and intelligence of sintering engineering and the growth of market demand, 3D BIM technology has been gradually applied to sintering engineering by virtue of its advantages of visualization, coordination, simulation and parameterization, and it runs through the whole process of project design and construction. However, this application also faces such problems as long design cycle and difficult design, in which sintering equipment modeling is the most important influencing factor. This paper explores the digital design of sintering equipment based on the Revit platform, aiming to provide ideas and references for the realization of 3D rapid modeling and drawing of sintering equipment. The research shows that the rapid modeling of equipment models and foundations can be effectively realized by establishing equipment databases, model libraries and program-driven one-click generation modes. The results can provide a certain reference for subsequent digital design of equipment and facilities in the steel industry.
