    摘要:

    为解决大直径钢管杆基础经济性差的问题,变截面桩基础的设计应用至关重要。文章采用ABAQUS软件在平地工况下分别建立变截面桩以及直桩的精细化有限元模型,以应力和位移为进行控制,进行其在相同控制工况下的响应分析,研究了变截面桩基础大直径部分按照承台和桩进行配筋时不同变截面桩的承载特性,并对变截面桩和直桩进行对比。研究表明:1)在下压及上拔工况下,变截面桩基础与直桩基础相比,两者最大位移相差不大,最大应力均符合强度要求,但是变截面桩基础更加节省材料,因此,选择变截面桩更加经济;2)在下压工况下,按承台设计的变截面桩基础与按桩设计的变截面桩基础相比,两者最大应力与最大位移相差不大,但按桩设计的变截面桩基础其钢筋受力性能更好,在上拔工况下,按桩设计的变截面桩基础竖向位移更小,钢筋受力性能更佳,因此,变截面桩基础可以按桩进行设计。

    Abstract:

    Large diameter steel pipe rod generally adopts straight pile foundation or step foundation, and its economy is poor. When variable cross-section pile foundation is adopted, the large diameter part can be reinforced according to the pile cap and pile. The ABAQUS software is used to establish the refined finite element model of variable cross-section pile and straight pile respectively under the flat ground condition. The stress and displacement are controlled, and the response analysis under the same control condition is carried out. The variable cross-section pile and straight pile are compared. The results show that: 1) Under the conditions of downward pressure and upward uplift, the maximum displacement of the variable cross-section pile foundation is not much different from that of the straight pile foundation, and the maximum stress meets the strength requirements, but the variable cross-section pile foundation is more material-saving, so it is more economical to choose the variable cross-section pile; 2) Under the downward pressure condition, the maximum stress and maximum displacement of the variable cross-section pile foundation designed according to the pile cap are not much different from those of the variable cross-section pile foundation designed according to the pile, but the variable cross-section pile foundation designed according to the pile has better mechanical performance of the steel bar. Under the uplift condition, the vertical displacement of the variable cross-section pile foundation designed according to the pile is smaller, and the mechanical performance of the steel bar is better. Therefore, the variable cross-section pile foundation can be designed according to the pile.
