    摘要:

    为了迅速解决类似TBM卡机问题,确保工程施工进度和安全,文章针对乌鲁木齐至尉犁段在建世界最长高速公路的天山胜利隧道TBM掘进施工过程中,由于隧道左侧围岩破碎和裂隙水发育引发破碎带塌方,导致TBM刀盘及护盾卡死无法正常转动的问题展开研究,介绍了采用TGP超前钻探与预注浆技术保护TBM刀盘并对其前方围岩进行加固处理,通过化学灌浆和超前预注浆技术处理卡盾问题,最终成功脱困。研究表明:该方法不仅成功使TBM安全脱困,较其他脱困方法缩短了处理时间,该研究成果为类似工程处理TBM卡机问题提供有效的技术支持和经验参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to quickly solve the problems such as TBM jamming, so as to ensure the sche dule and safety of project construction, this paper focuses on the research of TBM jamming problem during the construction of the Tianshan victory Tunnel, which is part of the Urumqi-Yecheng section of the world's longest highway. The issue was caused by the fracture and crack water development on the left side of the tunnel, resulting in the breakage zone collapse and the TBM cutter head and shield being jammed and unable to rotate normally. The use is introduced of TGP advanced drilling and pre-grouting technology to protect the TBM cutter head and reinforce the surrounding rock in front of it. Through chemical grouting and advanced pre-grouting technology, the jamming problem is successfully resolved. The research shows that this method not only successfully frees the TBM safely but also reduces the processing time compared to other methods. This research provides effective technical support and empirical reference for similar projects dealing with TBM jamming issues.
