Abstract:Currently, high-rise buildings are built one after another, and geotechnical survey and foundation treatment are crucial to the safety of high-rise buildings. The article takes a high-rise residential community project in Kaili city, Guizhou province as an example. Through detailed geotechnical survey, the feasibility of weathered dolomite as a pile foundation holding layer was determined. On this basis, mud wall-guard drilling pile technology is used for foundation treatment, and its advantages in bearing capacity and settlement control are verified through technical parameters comparison and analysis. In order to further ensure the consistency between design and construction results, a pile foundation static load test was carried out. The research results show that: choosing reasonable survey and analysis and foundation treatment technology can significantly improve the foundation bearing capacity and reduce uneven settlement, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the building. This study provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the design and construction of high-rise buildings under complex geological conditions, and has important engineering application value.
