    摘要:

    当前高层建筑修建层出不穷,岩土勘察及地基处理对高层建筑的安全性至关重要。文章以贵州省凯里市某高层住宅小区项目为例,通过详细的岩土勘察,确定了中风化白云岩作为桩基持力层的可行性。在此基础上,采用泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩技术进行地基处理,并通过技术参数对比分析,验证了其在承载力和沉降控制方面的优势。同时,为进一步确保设计与施工效果的一致性,进行了桩基静载荷试验。研究结果表明:选择合理的勘察分析和地基处理技术能够显著提高地基承载力,减少不均匀沉降,从而保障建筑物的安全与稳定。本研究为复杂地质条件下的高层建筑地基设计与施工提供了科学依据和实践指导,具有较为重要的工程应用价值

    Abstract:

    Currently, high-rise buildings are built one after another, and geotechnical survey and foundation treatment are crucial to the safety of high-rise buildings. The article takes a high-rise residential community project in Kaili city, Guizhou province as an example. Through detailed geotechnical survey, the feasibility of weathered dolomite as a pile foundation holding layer was determined. On this basis, mud wall-guard drilling pile technology is used for foundation treatment, and its advantages in bearing capacity and settlement control are verified through technical parameters comparison and analysis. In order to further ensure the consistency between design and construction results, a pile foundation static load test was carried out. The research results show that: choosing reasonable survey and analysis and foundation treatment technology can significantly improve the foundation bearing capacity and reduce uneven settlement, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the building. This study provides scientific basis and practical guidance for the design and construction of high-rise buildings under complex geological conditions, and has important engineering application value.
