    盖挖逆作法是一种广泛应用在地铁站建设项目中的施工技术,而钢管柱作为承重和力传递的关键构件,其施工技术的实施效果直接影响着整个地铁站工程的结构安全和施工质量。文章以深惠城际铁路西丽站工程为研究对象,阐述了大直径超长钢管柱的施工工艺流程;确定钢管柱吊装过程中吊机的选型,对吊耳进行受力分析,设定合理的起吊点位置;总结适用于大直径超长钢管柱的插桩与垂直度校正技术。研究表明:在吊装大直径超长钢管柱时,建议选择大臂长的履带吊机作为主副吊机;主起吊点位置长度设置为副起吊点的3倍以使桩身变形最小,且吊耳的拉应力、剪应力及角焊缝的拉应力、剪应力和组合应力均满足规范要求;采用新型调垂装置完成插桩和校正,可减少钢管柱安装误差。本研究成果可为今后类似地铁车站钢管柱施工技术提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The cover and cut top-down methodis a widely used construction technique in subway station construction projects, and the implementation effects of steel pipe columns as key components for load-bearing and force transmission, directly affect the structural safety and construction quality of the entire subway station project. Taking the Xili station project of the Shenzhen Huizhou intercity railway as the research object, the construction process of large-diameter and ultra long steel pipe columns is elaborated in detail. The selection of crane during the hoisting process of steel pipe columns is determined, and the force analysis of the lifting ears is carried out to set a reasonable lifting point position. The technology of inserting piles and correcting verticality for large-diameter and ultra long steel pipe columns is proposed. The results show that selecting a crawler crane with a long arm as the main and auxiliary crane for lifting large-diameter and ultra long steel pipe columns. The length of the main lifting point position is set to three times that of the auxiliary lifting point to minimize the deformation of the pile body, and the tensile, shear, and combined stresses of the lifting ears meet the allowable values of the material. A new type of vertical adjustment device is used for pile insertion and correction during pile fixation, which can reduce installation errors of steel pipe columns. The research results can provide reference for the construction technology of steel pipe columns in similar subway stations in the future.
