    摘要:

    为探究智能顶升模架系统在超高层建筑施工过程中的安全性和设计合理性,以某超高层项目为例,基于其结构设计及工作原理,采用有限元软件对该顶升模架系统建立数值模型,并分别模拟计算其处于工作状态、顶升状态及台风状态情况下的各构件应力比值及位移变形情况。结果表明:该智能顶升模架系统的各构件应力比值及位移变形均在规范允许范围内,整体施工过程中该顶升模架系统处于安全可控的状态。本文成果可为同类顶升模架系统的设计提供一定的借鉴与参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the safety and design rationality of the intelligent jacking formwork system in the construction process of super high-rise buildings, taking a super high-rise project as an example, based on its structural design and working principle, a finite element software is used to establish a numerical model of the jacking formwork system, and simulate and calculate the stress ratio and displacement deformation of each component in the working state, the jacking state and the typhoon state. The results show that the stress ratio and displacement deformation of each component of the intelligent jacking formwork system are within the allowable range of the specification, and the jacking formwork system is in a safe and controllable state during the overall construction process. The results can provide some reference for the design of similar jacking formwork systems.
