    摘要:

    为研究复杂截面箱梁悬臂浇筑施工内模支架设计方法及其施工阶段受力特征,依托西拉沐沦特大桥,提出了适用于箱梁边室和中室的内模支架设计方法,并完善了相应的复杂截面箱梁悬臂浇筑工艺流程。通过MidasCivil软件建立了内模支架的有限元模型,在考虑施工期荷载作用的情况下,分析了内模支架的受力特征,并结合材料强度分析与稳定性分析,验证了所提出内模支架设计方法的可行性。研究结果表明:边室支架与中室支架中心区域杆件受力水平明显高于边缘区域,因此,建议在内模支架优化设计时,适当增加中心区域杆件截面尺寸或加密布置以提高承载力。为进一步提升施工安全性,可对中室支架横梁布置形式进行适当增强。同时,在条件允许的情况下,建议通过支架预压的方式,最大限度地减少支架竖向变形对立模精度的影响。本研究结果可为复杂截面箱梁悬臂浇筑施工中内模支架的设计及优化提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the design approach of the inner mold holder for the cantilever pouring construction of box girder with complex cross-section and the stress characteristics of the construction stage, relying on the Sila Murong Bridge, the design approach of the inner mold holder suitable for the side chamber and the middle chamber of the box girder is proposed, and the corresponding cantilever pouring process of the box girders with complex cross-sections is improved. The finite element model of the inner mold holder is established by Midas Civil software, and the mechanical characteristics of the inner mold holder are analyzed under the condition of considering the load during construction, and the feasibility of the proposed design approach of the inner mold holder is verified by combining the material strength analysis and stability analysis. The results show that the stress level of the members in the center area of the side chamber holder and the middle chamber holder is significantly higher than that in the edge area, so it is suggested that the cross-sectional size or infill arrangement of the members in the center area should be appropriately increased to improve the bearing capacity when the inner mold holder is optimized. In order to further improve the construction safety, the arrangement of the middle room holder beam can be appropriately enhanced. At the same time, if conditions permit, it is recommended to minimize the influence of vertical deformation of the holder on the accuracy of the vertical mold by preloading the holder. The results can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the inner mold holder in the cantilever pouring construction of box girders with complex cross-sections.
