    摘要:

    在城市跨线桥现浇箱梁施工中,传统满堂支架体系易导致上跨道路通行中断,因此亟须一种兼顾施工安全与交通疏导的技术方案。以襄阳楚山大道跨线桥为例,采用“钢管柱 + 型钢 + 盘扣式钢管”组合支架体系,通过设置通行门洞、进行支架受力验算及施工过程管控,构建施工与交通并行的技术路径。结果表明:经过结构优化与全过程控制,该组合支架体系不仅满足了现浇箱梁施工的安全性要求,还保障了道路的正常通行。本文成果可为同类工程在交通密集区域施工提供可借鉴的技术范式。

    Abstract:

    In the construction of cast-in-place box girders of urban overpass bridges, the traditional full hall bracket system is easy to lead to the interruption of the upper span road, so a technical solution that takes into account construction safety and traffic diversion is urgently needed. Taking the Chushan Avenue cross-line bridge in Xiangyang as an example, the combined bracket system of "steel pipe column + section steel + coiled steel pipe" is adopted, and a technical path of parallel construction and traffic by setting up a passage door opening are constructed, and bracket force calculation and construction process control are proposed. The results show that after structural optimization and whole process control, the combined bracket system not only meets the safety requirements of cast-in-place box girder construction, but also ensures the normal passage of the road. The results can provide a technical paradigm for the construction of similar projects in traffic-dense areas.
