    摘要:

    泥水盾构渣土的消纳与资源化利用具有重大的工程意义。为了研究盾构渣土用作道路填料的可行性,以粤东水资源优化配置工程中的泥水盾构工程为依托,结合大量的研究数据统计分析和室内试验,总结得出原状盾构渣土的一般物理性质和各类固化方法固化后不同粒径渣土的强度参数范围,并与路基路面各结构层的相应指标要求进行了对比分析,进而提出了固化剂相应的推荐配合比。结果表明:以水泥和矿粉为主的固化剂固化砂土类渣土,可用于高等级道路的底基层和二级公路的基层;而水泥与生石灰(或粉煤灰)等固化的黏土类渣土则可应用于二级公路的底基层和道路工程的路基。本文成果可为盾构渣土无机结合料在道路工程中的应用提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The consumption and resource utilization of mud shield muck is of great engineering significance. In order to study the feasibility of shield muck as road filler, based on the mud shield project in the water resources optimization allocation project in eastern Guangdong, combined with a large number of statistical analysis of research data and laboratory tests, the general physical properties of unchanged shield muck and the strength parameters of different particle sizes after curing by various curing methods are summarized, and the corresponding index requirements of each structural layer of the subgrade pavement are compared and analyzed, and then the corresponding recommended mix ratio of the curing agent is proposed. The results show that the solidifying agent based on cement and mineral powder can be used to solidify the sand muck soil, which can be used in the base layer of high-grade roads and the base layer of secondary highways. The solidified clay muck such as cement and quicklime (or fly ash) can be applied to the subbase layer of secondary highway and the roadbed of road engineering, and the results can provide references for the application of shield muck inorganic binders in road engineering.
