    为解决固体废弃物资源利用和城市低碳绿色发展问题,文章以矿粉(GGBS)和污泥灰(SSA)部分替代粉煤灰 (FA)为主要原料,以水玻璃和 NaOH溶液作为激发剂,在常温下制备碱激发胶凝材料(AACM),并采用正交试验分析水胶比(A)、水玻璃模数(B)及液固比(C)对地聚合物性能的影响规律。结果表明:当 SSA掺量为 10%(质量分数)时,水胶比 0.5、水玻璃模数 1.1、液固比 0.4为最优配比,制备的 AACM净浆初、终凝时间分别延长 23.1%、 62.3%,砂浆流动度降低17.24%,28d抗压强度达54.4MPa,抗折强度达7.75MPa。三因素对工作性能的影响权重为 A>B>C,对抗压、抗折强度的影响权重为 A>C>B。

    Abstract:

    In order to address the challenges of solid waste resource utilization and low-carbon urban development, this study prepared alkali-activated cementitious materials (AACM) at ambient temperature using ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) and sewage sludge ash (SSA) as partial replacements for fly ash (FA), with sodium silicate and NaOH solutions as alkaline activators. The orthogonal experimental method was employed to investigate the effects of water-to-binder ratio (A), sodium silicate modulus (B), and liquid-to-solid ratio (C) on the performance of geopolymers. Results demonstrated that the optimal mix proportion included 10% SSA (mass fraction), water-to-binder ratio of 0.5, sodium silicate modulus of 1.1, and liquid-to-solid ratio of 0.4. This formulation extended the initial and final setting times of AACM paste by 23.1% and 62.3% , respectively, reduced mortar fluidity by 17.24% , while achieving 28-day compressive and flexural strengths of 54.4MPa and 7.75MPa. The order of influence significance was determined asA >B> C for workability parameters, and A>C> B for both compressive and flexural strength development.
