Abstract:In order to solve the problems of angle control and collapse caused by immature grouting reinforcement technology in current pipe shed support, a comprehensive angle control and grouting innovation key technology was developed and applied based on a railway project using on-site testing methods, including guide-frame pipe shed angle control technology, tunnel advanced conduit construction positioning device, front-end protection device for tunnel pipe shed feeding, high-efficiency double liquid grouting pump with three-way orifice mixer, and reusable quick coupling joint for tunnel grouting reinforcement. After on-site testing, this complete set of technology controls the cumulative maximum settlement value of the risk tunnel to 12.1 mm, the cumulative maximum convergence value to 9.3 mm, and the linear overexcavation value to 0.161 m. Research has shown that this technology can effectively resolve the risks of falling blocks and landslides in weak and fractured sections of tunnels, and can provide reference for solving similar problems.
