    摘要:

    为解决传统支撑技术在复杂地质条件下基坑支护结构稳定性不足的难题,文章以上海某软土地区某项目为工程案例,对前撑式注浆钢管支撑技术在深基坑施工中的应用进行系统性研究。从工程概况、施工工艺、关键技术控制要点及实际应用效果等多维度进行综合分析,深入探讨该技术在增强支护稳定性、控制基坑变形方面的具体作用,客观总结了技术实施过程中遇到的挑战,并提出了具有针对性的优化建议。研究表明:通过与智能化施工管理相结合,该技术能显著提升施工质量与效率,实现精细化过程控制。本文结果可为同类地质条件下的深基坑工程提供可靠的技术借鉴与实践指导。

    Abstract:

    In order to address the insufficient stability of traditional supporting technologies in foundation pit support structures under complex geological conditions, this paper takes a project in a soft soil area in Shanghai as an engineering case study. It conducts a systematic analysis of the application of front-support grouted steel pipe pile technology in deep foundation pit construction. Through a comprehensive analysis from multiple dimensions such as project overview, construction techniques, key technical control points, and practical application effects, the paper explores in depth the specific role of this technology in enhancing support stability and controlling foundation pit deformation. It objectively summarizes the challenges encountered during the implementation of the technology and proposes targeted optimization suggestions. The research shows that, when combined with intelligent construction management, this technology can significantly improve construction quality and efficiency, achieving precise process control. The findings of this paper can provide reliable technical references and practical guidance for deep foundation pit projects under similar geological conditions.
