Abstract:In order to address the insufficient stability of traditional supporting technologies in foundation pit support structures under complex geological conditions, this paper takes a project in a soft soil area in Shanghai as an engineering case study. It conducts a systematic analysis of the application of front-support grouted steel pipe pile technology in deep foundation pit construction. Through a comprehensive analysis from multiple dimensions such as project overview, construction techniques, key technical control points, and practical application effects, the paper explores in depth the specific role of this technology in enhancing support stability and controlling foundation pit deformation. It objectively summarizes the challenges encountered during the implementation of the technology and proposes targeted optimization suggestions. The research shows that, when combined with intelligent construction management, this technology can significantly improve construction quality and efficiency, achieving precise process control. The findings of this paper can provide reliable technical references and practical guidance for deep foundation pit projects under similar geological conditions.
