Abstract:In order to simultaneously address the dual demands of raw material supply and ultra-low emissions at Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the design features are analyzed in detail from four aspects including process, equipment, dust removal technology, and intelligent control. The results show that after the project's completion, all performance indicators of the main works performed excellently. The conveying capacity of the feeding system of the stockyard reached 2 000 t/h per line; the conveying capacities of the output system, proportioning system, and direct-transfer output system each reached 1 500 t/h per line; the dust emission index of the environmental dust collection was <10 mg/Nm3; and the average stability rate of SiO2 content fluctuation within ±0.15% after proportioning reached 93.99%. The findings of this study can provide quantitative parameters and a replicable model for the "green + intelligent" upgrading of stockyards in similar-scale iron and steel enterprises, offering practical demonstration significance for advancing the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals in iron and steel industry.
