Abstract:During the construction of long spiral drilling pressure grouting piles in sandy soil stratum, sand can be transformed from solid to liquid, potentially threatening the of the project. This article takes the project of the Chinese academy of medical Sciences in Hebei province as the engineering background, and first introduces the process flow of the construction technology of long spiral drilling pressure grouting piles; Secondly, the mechanism and influencing factors of soil liquefaction under saturated conditions were elaborated. Finally, a model for the construction of long spiral drilling and pressure grouting piles was designed and tested. By observing experimental phenomena and processing data, draw the conclusion: different pile spacing and spiral drilling rod speed have different effects on the degree of liquefaction of saturated sand, reduction of pile spacing results in enhanced confining effect of soil, exacerbating the liquefaction degree of saturated fine sand, and the increase in the rotation of the drilling rod will correspondingly enhance the disturbance and shear force applied to the saturated fine sand, resulting in more severe liquefaction phenomenon. The content of this paper can be referred to similar engineering construction in the future.
