    摘要:

    双碳”目标背景下,工业不仅是国民经济的支柱,更是实现“双碳”目标的主战场。随着我国高端制造业的不断壮大,汽车工业已经成为我国国民经济之一。在激烈的竞争环境及国家“双碳”战略目标的要去下,相关企业对汽车零部件厂房的暖通空调系统及工艺冷水的可靠性、节能性和韧性提出了更高的要求。文章对索恩格工业园二期工程所采用的高效节能地冷热源系统、舒适性空调水系统,以及工艺冷水水系统耦合、冷却塔免费供冷、排风热回收等节能技术措施进行详细介绍,实际运行数据表明:该工程利用多种节能措施取得了可观的经济、社会及环境效益,可为高端精密制造厂房暖通空调系统设计提供有益参考。

    Abstract:

    Under the background of the "dual carbon" goals, industry serves not only as the backbone of the national economy but also as the primary arena for achieving these targets. As China's advanced manufacturing sector continues to grow, the automotive industry has become one of the key economic pillars. Consequently, automotive component plants face increasingly stringent requirements for reliability, energy efficiency, and resilience in their HVAC and process cooling water systems, driven by both fierce market competition and the national "dual carbon" strategy. This paper introduces energy-saving measures implemented in phase II of the SEG Industrial Park project, including the design of a highly efficient central plant, the coupling of the air conditioning water system with the process cooling system, cooling tower free cooling, and exhaust air heat recovery. Practical results show that these measures have yielded considerable economic, social, and environmental benefits, providing valuable references for the design of HVAC systems in advanced precision manufacturing facilities.
