Abstract:In order to meet the needs of modern building fa?ade modeling improvement needs, solve the problems of difficult high-altitude assembly and welding, low efficiency, long construction period and insufficient safety caused by the large number and complex structure of petal-shaped steel structure decoration parts, and explore new construction paths while to take into account the design effect and construction technical and economic indicators, the overall steel structure is divided into multiple unit skeletons to implement modular construction, and the unit initialization construction technology is supported. The method of centralized processing and mass production of unit components and assembly line in the factory is used to ensure the consistency of the dimensions of components; through ground pre-assembly, precise hoisting and temporary support system, the risk of high-altitude work is reduced, and the overall welding assembly connection is optimized. Engineering practice shows that this technology effectively overcomes the disadvantages of traditional high-altitude installation, significantly shortens the construction period, improves economic benefits, not only ensures the structural firmness and construction convenience, but also shows the overall beautiful and colorful decorative effect. The results can provide a construction basis for similar projects.
